7-Day Return Policy

At emyshop, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase, with the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and resellable condition.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@emysop.com.ng   Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return the Product: Once your return request is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
  3. Return Confirmation: After we receive the returned product(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process your return.

Refund Process

  • If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale."
  • Digital products or downloadable content, unless defective.

Exceptions
