At Emyshop global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 10-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Below are the details of our refund policy:

  • The refund request must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Refund Process

  2. Return the Product (if applicable): If your refund request involves a physical product, you will be required to return it to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
